Retreat starts at 6pm Thursday 25th May & ends with lunch 12:30 – 1:30pm Monday 29th May.
There is an optional extra 2.5 hours (until 4 pm) for participants interested in teaching or facilitating this work either singly or in collaboration with other trainers of NVC, Contact Improvisation or other body-centred awareness practices. No cost for this extra session.
We will be doing deep inner work together in this retreat. To support this and the sense of community and retreat ‘container’ we ask that you live on site for the duration of the retreat. If you have a strong need to stay off-site, please contact Andrew Cowell (retreat organiser) to discuss your situation.
These retreats assume a basic understanding of Nonviolent Communication (NVC). If you’d like to expand your understanding of NVC before the retreat, or attend an introductory NVC training, contact Andrew Cowell to discuss options. P 0425 806 100
RETREAT COST:
Includes retreat tuition, accommodation, all meals, morning and afternoon tea.

ACCOMMODATION:
BEDDING: Comfortable bunk rooms – each has a bathroom and separate toilet. Quilt & pillow supplied (no linen supplied). BRING: pillowcase, sleeping bag or sheets, towel.
CATERING: Sun Hyland of New Earth Catering will provide tasty, wholesome vegetarian meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner and morning & afternoon tea. Meals will be provided at set times, beverages & filtered water will be available on a self-serve basis throughout the retreat.
DIETARY NEEDS: When you register you will be asked to state your choice:
