Deborah Moseley

deb_moseley_portraitI came to NVC back in 2003 and I have integrated it into my professional and personal life.

I remember the joy of using NVC in my life, when I truely connected with students, staff, my son and my husband.

I have enjoyed hosting practice groups in Toowoomba, Brisbane and the now on the Sunshine Coast in the Gubbi Gubbi Nation, and I am now a Certification Candidate with CNVC.

I believe that NVC is one way to address many of the social issues of concern for me.

My professional life environment has been in education, training and mental health- particularly with young people.  I feel sad that most young people I have a professional contact with long for connections and to be heard and simply to show up for who they are.

My vision for supporting life through NVC sits in the both ageing and with youth, and in providing support for professionals working in these sectors.   My passion is to empower others through the ripple effect of empathy.  My need for contribution, peace, connection and harmony is the primary focus of my NVC journey.
